Good pizza. Good beer. They even have vegan cheese, but I don't really care for it. I appreciate the effort.

First off let me just say that I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, the cleanliness of the establishment, and the vegan options they carry. My main issue with Cherokee is that oftentimes the food comes out not entirely cooked. Sometimes the cheese hasn't even melted and the cherry tomatoes are actually fully raw (not even warmed through). Multiple times the kitchen staff has left off ingredients. I was actually seriously starting to doubt whether or not they actually had basil because everytime I ordered it, until just recently, they left it off. Sometimes the kitchen staff did not follow through on instructions to omit cheese or swap a salad dressing (I have a dairy allergy and always say so just so they know). I'm general I feel like the food is good when it is correct but overall my experience has been rather hit or miss.
